Well if you download google toolbar (which is very useful) its comes with one.

You can use the free yahoo toolbar. It has an integrated pop up blocker which works fine. Yahoo toolbar also has multiple functions such as a free anti-spyware software from symantec and buttons for yahoo messenger, yahoo avatars, local weather and others.
Spybot Search and Destroy
This is free software. Try it, to see if you like it.
IE7 has it – if you’re using that. (Tools, Pop-Up Blocker)
