This one is not listed anywhere. What I can suggest are two things;
1. Get AVG free edition
2. STOP USING Internet Explorer
You will have far fewer incidences of shit from the Web.
If you are using Outlook or Outlook express STOP using this and also while you are getting Firefox get Thunderbird.
Run scans evy night before you tun off your CPU (computer)
Other than that get a Mac
